The building has state of art design and provides excellent service. The room provided me with such comfort and an excellent view from the window. The technology inside gives an amazing performance.
The hotel is known but I think it is overrated. Rooms cost to much for the room you get. I work remotely, but I need a business center, the hotel staff was not sure what that was.

The room included a bluetooth speaker. This was useful. A 75" tv was in the room. The room was spacious, AND i appreciated that. The food from room service tasted GREAT.
There was A slight delay at check-in though staff was very friendly.

we had an amazing room with a view of gardens by the bay. we could enjoy the light show from our balcony. the room was elegant and had everything we needed. it was very spacious. the infinity pool was amazing (i really enjoyed it!).
i would have expected breakfast to be included for the price of the room, but it cost extra.

I loved the excellent service. edmar and nica helped whenever i needed it. the staff were friendly and helpful. That's always a plus. the pool was really good with fabulous views. i thought everything was great!
some minor miscommunication occurred with a few staff members. ms. valerie from customer relations quickly addressed my concerns. this.

The room stylist May Zin provided great attention to detail. She did an excellent job with the turn down service. I enjoyed the infinity pool located on the 57th floor. The fitness instructor provided energetic and passionate afternoon pool activities.
The in room dining menu is somewhat basic I would rate it four out of five.

Shops food choices and sites are very close. The hotel is right on the doorstep of many attractions. Staff members are quick accommodating and speak many languages. It offers convenient access to essential services and nearby points of interest.
